♨️ Moxibustion is a traditional Chinese medicine therapy consisting of burning dried mugwort (aka: moxa) a herb esteemed for its medicinal and metaphysical properties. Holding space as a time-honoured practice, with roots branching deep through the centuries, not only carries profound historical significance yet holds efficacy in promoting well-being and overall health improvements. Moxibustion plays a vital role within the traditional medical systems of China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, and Mongolia. Suppliers generally will age the mugwort and grind it up to a fluff known as “punk”, which can be used directly, yet the ease of the moxibustion sticks makes for ease of use.

Suitable for general and targeted indications requiring moxa treatment, it burns slower, lasts longer and penetrates heat deeper.

♨️The Moxa Sticks are 15:1 ratio, and aged 5 years with an approx. burn time of approx. 60-90 minutes of constant use, yet when used for 5-10 munites per session you will get the most out of each stick. When finished use, extinguish in sand (as per the photos).
